I LOVE Medevil England (Medieval England)
The I LOVE M.E. (Medevil England) was a big success in my book. The number of people who came to participate was very encouraging. I did not participate in any of the games but I did stay and watched all of it. I stayed in a corner so that I won’t get in their way and just used my camera to pan and zoom around. The I Love M.E. Tournament is made up of 3 games and they are Jousting, Archery and Melee Fighting. Participants will compete in all of the games and the overall winners will be awarded with Linden Dollars and some really cool items from a special sponsor whom I forgot who (sorry about that, bad memory). The Tournament Master assigned was Chandu Dresler and I believe he did a great job at it. Jousting Jousting was the first event of the tournament. It involves a horse and a really long stick. It is done by riding on your horse towards your opponent and then poking them with that long stick. LOL! Archery This event involves the use of a bow and arrows. He he he! You take a bow and then shoot an arrow towards a stationary target. This event was harder than it looks because you need to hit the bullseye to score. No bullseye, no score, no points! Melee The melee fighting part of the tournament was not an individual event. It was a team event. The fighters were divided into two teams, the blue and the red team. I wasn’t able to follow this event closely but I think the blue team got the most wins. |
